Display on "custom" mode in another language

Current Behavior

When language not in english in time mode or any other mode except custom. For example: Spanish. When user changes the mode to "Custom" it shows not in Spanish it shows in English. I checked with other 5+ languages the same issue.

Expected Behavior

If selected lang is [Spanish] => switched to custom mode it should show in Spanish as well.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to languages and choose another language other than English
2. Then switch your mode to custom
3. You will see the default words not in your switched language you will see in English still
