Explain in `c_cpp_properties.json` how to open "C/C++: Edit configurations (UI)"

Feature Request

If you read c_cpp_properties.json, you have no idea that this file can be edited from a nice interface: the "C/C++: Edit configurations (UI)", where there is a lot of descriptions of the fields.

It could be nice to add comments in c_cpp_properties.json like:

// This file can be edited from an interface by typing
// "C/C++: Edit configurations (UI)" in the Command Palette

On top of that, if the command is added manually:

It dissapears when making a modification on the interface "C/C++: Edit configurations (UI)"

I think standard json doesn't support comments.
