Devices become unavailable after a router restart

I have added all my devices to Tuya local, and they work great.
However, whenever the router reboots, the devices become unavailable and never come back online or available.
I have set IP/Mac binding in my router so that the devices always get the same IP assigned to them.

I am not sure why this is happening; does anyone have advice? I have turned off auto reboot of the router for now to stop this.
But if for whatever reason i need to reboot my router again in the future, I fear that this will happen again, where all my devices become unavailable again, and then i have to manually add each device again.
