USB-C IR Blaster learning support

Now that the USB-C IR Blasters are working with IRPlus, would it be possible to also enable learning via these blasters? The sample python code is here:

and using the OEM ZAZA software, the IR blaster does actually seem to have input ability not just output.
This would really open up the community to be able to easily contribute new devices.

I second that, it would be very useful to not use the Zaza app and add missing (custom) remotes to IRPlus LAN.

On #634 it's written:

after I read in the article https://habr.com/ru/articles/494800 / that this receiver is not suitable for serious cases

but actually the Russian document just says the USB-C blaster is has a very little range, which is not good to use it as a receiver, but it's still enough to learn IR codes as you place the remote near your receiver!

Then there's #667 which is still open but without news, at the moment.
