Disabling Posthog in GX Core 1.9.0

Hello,

Previously I was using GX Core 1.5.7 and disabled Posthog analytics (offline implementation), using this code.

# Disable Posthog analytics
from great_expectations.analytics.config import ENV_CONFIG
ENV_CONFIG.gx_analytics_enabled = False

Now I have updated to v1.9.0, There is now an error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'great_expectations.analytics'.

I have commented out the relevant code and notice there aren't any posthog errors from this version if GX cannot connect to the posthog server.

My question:

• Has posthog been removed?
• If not, how do I ensure it is disabled, explicitly?
