• https://github.com/community/maintainers/discussions/767#discussion-9984633 asked how to do this and a GitHub staff person removed the license for the user. I'm not sure if that's the only way to do it, but it seems like a page that talks about getting a license should have either a section for removing it or there should be a nearby page for doing so.
