Cannot use Claude Opus at Pro+ at all

Describe the bug

Since you hinted that people who want to use Opus need to switch to Pro+, I did that. You also said we would be able to use this model until June 1st, so I switched. However, no matter what prompt I write or how simple (even if I write only "Hi"), I keep getting the same issue:

I need to fix something within the next several days, and for that I need Opus. When will this issue be fixed? Please provide the correct timeframe.

2. Write "Hi"
3. get this message:

I moved from pro to pro+ since you hinted it was the only way i can keep using claude opus. I paid for pro until late January 2026, and i upgraded it to pro+ today. But still cannot use opus at all.
