The claude model is available in vscode but not in copilot-cli

Describe the bug

in vscode copilot, the Claude model can be selected.

but in copilot-cli, no Claude model.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enter copilot
2. /model

Expected behavior

List Claude model.
