How to get evolution pets

Hi I'm just curious while using Git Animals.
How can I get evolution pets ? For example, if I would want to get "SLIME_ANGEL", should I merge pets to increase the level of my Slime pet ? I cannot find any tutorials about evolution, so I was just curious about it.
