Deprecation warning `RemovedInSphinx10Warning`

Thanks for myst-nb 1.4.0 🥳

This release fixed several deprecation warnings (see #709), awesome, thanks!

However I'm still seeing the following when building my documentation:

.../lib/python3.13/site-packages/myst_parser/inventory.py:369: RemovedInSphinx10Warning: The iter() interface for _InventoryItem objects is deprecated. Please access the `project_name`, `project_version`, `uri`, and `displayname` attributes directly.

I'm currently using the following relevant packages:

Based on that one line it looks like it's coming from myst-parser, so I don't immediately see what we can do about it here in myst-nb.
