CLI version of ECA

We now have a Desktop version which is nice, but what about a CLI version ?

Would be similar to the Desktop version, except it doesn't use a GUI application and just runs in the terminal, a bit like https://opencode.ai/docs/

@fmichaut-diff yes! this is planned in my head, it should be pretty straightforward, I will just finish announce eca-desktop and then I can start work on a CLI one
