There has been a change in how auto naming of chat works.
Now I can end up with funky names like "<tool_call ....>" and so on.
In addition to fixing the issue itself, I would like to have the following options:
a) Disable it (In this case, maybe the IDE can prompt me for a name when creating a new chat?).
b) Configure whether I want to have it updated again during a session: Selecting "no" would restore the original behavior and the name would be generated just once.
Since manual renaming the chat now also updates the name on the server, I personally don't mind renaming it every once in a while and save some tokens.
