Request for ability to serialize the interpreter state

This is an awesome work! Congrats for your excellent work so far. As you suggested from reddit, I am opening an issue here.

For my use case, I would love to have the ability for a complete save and later restore of the interpreter state. The idea is to be able to save the state of the interpreter at any point of time to an external file, and be able to continue from that point at a later time by uploading the saved state.
