[CI] Create CI job for public benchmarks

In order to ensure the public-facing benchmarks from the 2.0 keynote remain in a working state going forward, we would like to have CI coverage on them.

It would be important to make sure we get coverage on each of the publicly available modules and clients that are supported in the benchmark.
