Add support for gitleaks secrets scanning reports

Enable Chainloop to accept and validate gitleaks JSON scan reports as attestation materials. Users should be able to attach gitleaks scan results to their attestations and have them evaluated against secrets detection policies. The system needs to automatically detect gitleaks reports and validate their authenticity to ensure only legitimate scan results are accepted.
