Ability to differentiate from compiler messages

A user could run cargo test, showing both rustc and libtest messages. We need to be able to differentiate them

In #73, I said that cargo needs to be able to handle the core differentiators.

The question for this is if we should rely on cargo for the message type or we should output one aligned with rustc.
