Archinstall 4.1 crashes after launch

64Gb memory

describe the problem

Attempting fresh install on hardware listed. Previously install have not had this issue. Only since archinstall 4.1
Unable to provide logs
Error message
Buffer I/O error on dev nvme0n1p1, logical block 0, async page read
Then 3 lines of the same thing and back to prompt

There is a trace back but unsure how to get it from the live iso to a usb drive or something to post.
I have however figured out the issue. If I use cfdisk and create the partitions manually I get the error. If I use cfdisk to create the partitions and then format the partitions manually I do not get the error. Will happily reproduce the error if I can attach screenshots or learn how to get the log from live environment to a usb.

Without the logs we can't really debug this properly
