feat(mat-autocomplete): support custom ng-template for selected option

### Feature Description

`mat-autocomplete` currently does not support any way to provide a custom template/`ng-template` to fully control how a *selected option* is rendered.

`mat-select` provides this functionality with `mat-select-trigger`

Could we have something similar for `mat-autocomplete` too?
