在不配置启动自动转换的情况下，改表报错，配置自动转换反而成功
原因：没有开启自动转换时duckdb不会创建库，导致报错，可以通过>CALL dbms_duckdb.query()手动创建库即可

This issue is related to the startup state of duckdb_mode.

When the database was initially created, duckdb_mode was OFF. In this state, the DuckDB engine does not create the corresponding schema internally for that database.

Later, when the instance was restarted with duckdb_mode=ON, the corresponding schema was still missing inside DuckDB. As a result:

tables could not be created under that database, and
existing InnoDB tables could not be converted to the DuckDB engine using ALTER TABLE ... ENGINE=DuckDB.
When duckdb_convert_all_at_startup is set to ON, all databases will be created automatically inside DuckDB.
