Simple user-interface to administrate SQLite-databases for Windows.
Supports all SQL-statements like SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, REPLACE, CREATE, DROP, ..., see www.sqlite.org.
To create a new SQLite-database just create a new empty text-file.
