Neuropixels 2.0 (1-shank) probe shows “probe OUT” and does not display channels or brain regions
I am encountering an issue when using the Neuropixels 2.0 (1-shank) probe model in Pinpoint.
All functionalities work correctly when using other probe models (e.g., Neuropixels 1.0 or Neuropixels 2.0). The probe insertion is displayed properly and the channels are mapped to the corresponding brain regions.
However, when selecting the Neuropixels 2.0 – 1 shank probe model, the software indicates that the probe is “OUT”, and no channels or brain region assignments are displayed, even though the probe tip is clearly inserted within the brain volume.
