Deleting multiple selected blocks via drag handle menu deletes only one block

Description

When multiple blocks are selected, using the drag handle menu → Delete action deletes only a single block instead of all selected blocks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select multiple blocks.
2. Open the drag handle menu.
3. Click Delete.

Expected Behavior

All selected blocks are expected to be deleted.

Actual Behavior

Only one block (the block associated with the drag handle) is deleted.

Impact

This behavior is inconsistent with multi-selection expectations and can be confusing when managing multiple blocks.
