Exclude External Emojis from Metrics

We track emoji usage across the server, but these metrics are only meaningful when the emojis come from our own collection. Because Nitro users can use emojis from other servers, our data currently includes external emojis, which adds noise and reduces the accuracy of our insights.

The ask is to exclude any emojis that originate outside our server from these metrics, ensuring our analysis reflects only the usage of our own emojis.

What about existing content in the DB? Remove ext emojis there as well (not that easy) or okay for now?

Is it even possible to get this information from a CustomEmoji? Couldn't find anything in the JavaDocs

Instead of excluding lets simply add another dimension like is_external.
That way we could see what external emojis are used to consider them and to make them accessible for non-nitro users as well.

We can leave it or remove them, it's not a big of a deal or we can mark them as "external" since there isn't that many.
