A feature that allows users to search for other users' with their First Names, First and Last Names, and usernames in the light of the upcoming messaging feature for DomeCode.

@16sweetyjain This issue is in reference to a feature that will be available as a separate tab and would have a search bar to search for existing users on DomeCode.
