Vale sentence-style capitalization

Alright, opening up a discussion thread for this since:

1. All existing docs are using Title Case for section headings
2. We are ignoring this check right now

Should we disable this and just enforce the Title Case that we already have in place?

I suspect Red Hat enforces sentence style capitalization since Title Case may be problematic for things that are expected to be spelled with a certain capitalization. I'm not sure how much we want to push these tools, but I'd like to set the standard moving forward.

IMO, +1 for this as some of our section titles end up being a sentence for which the current format of Sentence Case seems fine. But I'm open to hear more on the benefits of enforcing Title Case
