Hammer Bug: Compiler fails to find materials causing lighting issues. #1739

Description

Describe the bug

These errors occur because their materials are not being found during the compilation process, and certain items are also missing. This is specifically due to source mounting—it fails to find them and ends up not including them. This causes lighting issues and other problems. This is on a Linux setup where only the SDKs are running via Proton, and Portal and Portal 2 are running through Proton as well, but not Portal 2 Community Edition. There are two compiled files as uh showing you the differences just by changing the operating system that's doing the compiling.

To Reproduce

1 Open Map on Linux. vea proton
2 Open Map on Linux.
3 Missing assets if the assets were not set to dynamic, and lighting not working.
