What are you requesting?

Ability to gain access the items in a container from the BlockSnapshot. This would allow plugins to read the contents of the inventory.

BlockSnapshot snapshot;
List<ItemStackSnapshot> slots = snapshot.getInventory();

Or maybe

Inventory inv = snapshot.getInventory();
