Mageblood -> Legacy of gold, (gives 45% rarity) and its not being added to rarity calculations.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

The value for Legacy of gold is 0 (it doesn't even show up).

How to reproduce the issue

1- Add mageblood with Legacy of gold modifier.
2- Check rarity calculation it won't show up.
