Add 'Total' and Currency/Fiat values to Balance Breakdown

A feature request as discussed with a PIVX community member; displaying the 'Total' aggregated wallet balance inside the Balance Breakdown, as well as adding currency or 'fiat' values to each of the labels.

The Total would not be a chart element, but simply the foremost displayed 'label' in the textual breakdown.

I will likely handle this myself in v2.2 after Labs returns in 2025, but I will leave it unassigned until I actually begin work (thus, feel free to take this on, if you wish).
