Carbon calculation bug ~ NaNs #36
Description
Taking the grid composition from Ember (free open-source site that does countries grid and tracks that dynamically over time from 2000 forward).
Journal that scrapes the most recent Ember; populates the carbon baseline file with every country that Ember has with naming modifications.
The problem is when running checks, most countries all fine except on one of the multiplications or making of the dataframe the indexing is making 55 more rows ~
Correction should be made on CarboCalcDev.ipynb or Test Carbon Code.ipynb in baseline documentation
