Add support for local zip files and local folders as input in compare_feeds.sh

@davidgamez suggested this in #1 concerning the possible inputs of the diff engine:

[suggestion]: It would be nice if the shell script also supported local zip and folder options. This can be done outside this PR.

This issue is to keep track of that suggestion
