WinUI 3 tutorial with problems at the end of part 2 when requesting in item 1 Build and run ... #5804

Gentlemen, I am receiving this message regarding the choice of Just-In-Time Debugger. But I don't know how to solve it, because when I choose an option I get the return "Unable to attach to the process. A debugger has already been attached." ???? Therefore, I request help to continue this learning of Programming for WinUI 3 that I am following. The problem is only occurring now, right before entering part 3 "Add a view and model for the note" when I execute the step "1. Build and run the project by pressing F5, clicking the Debug "Start" button in the tool bar, or by selecting the menu Run > Start Debugging."
