Publication eligibility for MIMIC analyses

Dear MIMIC Team,

I would like to confirm the eligibility of publishing results derived from the MIMIC data in China. I personally completed the required credentialing, downloaded the dataset, and performed the analyses in March 2025. Per the data use agreement, no raw data has been or will be shared with others.
Since the U.S. policy restricting access took effect in April 2025 (https://physionet.org/news/post/data-security-program-1/), after my work was completed, could you please clarify whether results obtained under valid access prior to April 2025 remain eligible for publication?

Furthermore, can the MIMIC database continue to be used for ongoing projects by researchers who had approved access before the April 2025 restrictions?
