Update glossary.md (#1020)
* Update glossary.md Fix GitHub capitalization, Remove Ventura and add Tahoe, Add ENABLE_NUKE_CERTS, and Update Match-Secrets to reflect that it is automatically created rather than user-created * make changes to tooltips and auto-generate glossary --------- Co-authored-by: marionbarker <marionbarker@earthlink.net>
