[DEV] stage InfiniRT replacement integration branch

Create and maintain a long-lived integration branch for staged InfiniRT replacement work in InfiniCore, similar to a develop branch.

This branch is intended to collect and validate related InfiniRT migration work before it is ready to merge into main. Initial reference work:

• issue/1311 - feat: refactor InfiniCore cpu and cuda-like runtime to InfiniRT #1342: refactor InfiniCore CPU runtime to reuse InfiniRT runtime interfaces. Current base: main.
• feat: add standalone infinirt graph bridge #1351: add standalone InfiniRT graph bridge. Current base: main.

Scope:

• Provide a common base branch for InfiniRT runtime, graph, and build-system replacement work.
• Allow related PRs to be integrated and tested together over a longer period.
• Keep existing PRs issue/1311 - feat: refactor InfiniCore cpu and cuda-like runtime to InfiniRT #1342 and feat: add standalone infinirt graph bridge #1351 unchanged for now; retargeting or stacking can be handled separately after this integration branch is available.

Branching rule:

• Create the corresponding branch as issue/<issue-number> according to InfiniCore's development workflow.
