`long_name` may not be standardized in CMIP projects

See Climate-REF/climate-ref#467 (comment), I couldn't find a better reference. Therefore we may want to lower the CMOR check severity to the lowest possible and see if we can somehow assign standardized long names to coordinates (we already do this for the variable).
