The Whatsapp dial pad has a specific touch sound set at a specific volume that does not follow the system dial pad settings (at least it doesn't for me). I am running oneui 6.1 on a Samsung A15 4G (SM-A155M).
It would be nice to have the ability to mute it entirely, or if possible link it with the system dial pad settings.
