Wrong filename in codebase-memory-mcp-ui-windows-amd64.zip

The windows codebase-memory-mcp-ui-windows-amd64.zip contains codebase-memory-mcp-ui.exe. The install instructions are not correct in regards to the UI version of the mcp.

Also, batch with following content still necessary:

set HOME=%USERPROFILE%
codebase-memory-mcp install

Hey @Maton-Nenoso
will look into this ASAP. Likely it would make sense to include a "setup.exe/bat" with the .zips for more easy installation on this one. Thanks for noticing!
