Tooltip suggestion: Buildingplan's favorite filters renaming #5723

Add tooltip text in that windows "Shift+click to edit filter's name"
Those favorites are an incredible feature. I first thought renaming was not supported, because Shift+Click is not (yet) very intuitive for me. I found the info reading the doc, of course. A small tooltip would not hurt for such an incredible feat.
