idea: distinguish external links #123
Description
Some of our links navigate within creativecode.berlin, but most go to external sites.
We could add a small inline "external link" icon (box with arrow pointing outwards) to the external ones.
We could also consider opening the external ones in a new tab by default, although I am only about 50% sure about this myself.
