Problem Statement

This experiment provides an easy way to use the accent color of an image as a color source elsewhere (through pure XAML)

Since we've made a clear distinction between "AccentAnalyzer" being an experiment/class inside of the "ColorAnalyzer" component, I've updated this ticket to match the component name.

The original Idea discussion at #254 remains untouched, as that represents a feature idea. Features can either end up in an existing component or be released as a new component, we're proactively targeting the former to accommodate future color analysis features.
