Bug Report: Account suspended due to billing issues on fresh freebuff session

Description

Immediately after starting a fresh freebuff session, the first prompt results in a billing suspension error. This occurs even when the account is intended to be on the free tier.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a fresh freebuff session.
2. Enter the first prompt: what model are you?
3. Observe the error message.

Expected Behavior

The model should respond to the query as expected within the limits of a free session.

Actual Behavior

The system returns the following error:

Your account has been suspended due to billing issues. Please contact support@codebuff.com to resolve this.

Environment

• Platform: Codebuff
• Session Mode: freebuff
• Prompt Trigger: "what model are you?" (First interaction)
