Connecting to posefs1.perception.cs.cmu.edu when running getModels fail

I'm trying to follow instruction but when I run getModels.bat look likes it no longer able to download. Is it not available anymore?

Error log:

I'm having this issue as well, it does not connect to download the model, was wondering about the availability too.
