Pull request overview
Updates the repository’s CODEOWNERS mappings for engineering-system-related paths, shifting ownership to the intended fallback owners and adjusting specific path ownership entries.
Changes:
- Updated
/sdk/template/and several/eng/*, tooling, and repo-config path owners to the new fallback set. - Simplified/adjusted owners for pipelines and configuration directories (e.g.,

Update eng related codeowners. This is just a first pass. I imagine we'll add/change more people as we settle ownership, but right now using @mikeharder and I as fall-back owners for things.
