'Flask' object has no attribute 'session_cookie_name'

It seems to me that the requirementsn are slightly outdated. The current req.txt allaws
flask=2.3.1
flask-session=0.4.0 which is going to through the exception in the title.

updating to flask-session=0.5.0 fixes it.

I tried replacing flask_session with flask_session2 (as per comments in requirements.txt file) which didn't help but I had to update flask to 2.2.4 and latest version of flask_session 0.8.0 which worked. Now, I will be testing with latest flask version 3.x.
I'm a bit worried why MSFT didn't update the quickstart template app for python-flask web api.
