I just have a small problem with my Asahi installation, I installed it and at the moment of writing the password, the OS had a kb layout set to QWERTY (while I have an AZERTY keyboard), I was able to login but when I changed the layout to AZERTY in Asahi then restarted, I couldn't login anymore.
So I'm now trapped on the lock screen. I asked chatgpt for eventual passwords to try, tried +10 different password, didn't work either.
There might be solutions to this that I don't know.
- Is there a way to change again the keyboard layout from the lock screen without root privileges ?
- Is there a way to change the keyboard layout from macOS ?
- Do I really have to reinstall Asahi ?...
